We've officially received the first copies of the Anthology at our studio! The books have exceeded even our wildest ambitions. We can't wait to show you the books and finally get to talk about Red Rooster.

WHAT'S NEXT?

We've now received the first sample batch of the books! As we wrote in our previous Anthology Production Update, the total print run will produce two and a half million pages, so it's an ambitious undertaking which has been ongoing since July. Part of the manufacturing process is even done by hand: the front and back cover are glued onto each book by hand, not by machine! The dilligent workers at Standart Impressa, the artisanal Lithuanian print-shop, are working around the clock to build your books and slipcases.

Each week, thousands of copies are delivered to our partners in this project, UK-based Peregrine Coast Press, who will warehouse the books, vinyls and the merchandise, package them and ship them to you all on the same day for our ambitious global reveal. The weight and volume of the project is requiring some impressive logistics from their small team, as they process dozens of pallets which we've now calculated will take up ten metric tons of warehouse space!

Furthermore, due to the size and scope of the project, custom packaging boxes need to be manufactured in order to make sure that your books, vinyls and Deluxe Bundles arrive to you undamaged. Peregrine Coast Press have ordered the boxes from their manufacturer, who have developed custom machinery to cut them. 

This means we're now at the stage where we've done all the virgin intellectual work we could, and now it's up to the manufacturers, logistics specialists and our fulfillment partners to do the Chad physical labour of doing what we cannot do, finishing building the books and getting them to you, everywhere around the world.

They're making impressive progress every week, and the launch is just around the corner!
